What we do

Being a professional and industrial body for Norwegian biotechnological industries, the tasks will, among other things, be:

Contractorship and external conditions

• contact promotor and giving support to entrepreneurs and newly established companies
• work for good external conditions for the biotechnological industry.

Network building and international profiling

• create a meeting place for the actors in the biotechnological industry, academical communities and financial institutions included
• be a national business sector organization associated to The European Association for Bioindustries - "EuropaBio". 

Political actor and spokesman for the members

• be a body entitled to comment for biotechnological issues
• promote the member's opinions through debate contributions

Member activities

• approx 4 meetings and one study tour per member per year
