  • Norsk Biotekforum ber om ratifikasjon av London-avtalen

     Norsk Biotekforum oppfordrer næringsminister Trond Giske (bildet) til å fremme forslag om ratifikasjon av London-avtalen så snart som mulig. Avtalen begrenser oversettelseskravene ved søknad om patenter, og en ratifikasjon vil ikke koste Norge noe. Det vil samtidig være med på å skape et mer konkurransedyktig europeisk patentsystem, og bidra til at ressurser allokeres til andre viktige oppgaver i Norge.

    Aker BioMarine has signed a major agreement with a leading European manufacturer and brand of dietary supplements. In the five year agreement Aker BioMarine will be the exclusive supplier of Superba™ Krill to the customer.   • NorDiag completes certification process

    NorDiag has announced that the necessary clinical documentation for CE IVD labeling are in place and that the UL certification process has been completed, NorDiags Arrow instrument is therefore  available as a platform suitable for in vitro diagnostics (IVD) use in Europe. Clinical laboratories in Europe will now be able to use the instrument for clinical purposes.
